Knockdown of BAP1 reduced tumoricidal capacity of erastin in vivo. NPC cells(6-10B-shNC and 6-10B-shBAP1) were resuspended at 3 × 106 cells/mL in 200ul saline and injected into right anterior flank of male BABL/c nude mice. After 7 days, the mice were randomly divided into treatment group and control group(10 mice per group). The treatment group was treated with erastin(30 mg/kg, intraperitoneally, every day) and the control group was treated with saline(equal volume per weight, intraperitoneally, every day).
