Orlistat rescues malignant biological behaviors of CRC cells promoted by knocking down of CBR4. (B) CCK-8 assay results indicated that silencing CBR4 enhanced the proliferation of HCT116 cells. (C-D) Down-regulation of CBR4 resulted in an increased number of colonies.
